I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship out.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed, all tags must be attached, fragrance free and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return. We give you 15 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be process back to your original form of payment, and an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed. Please Include your full name and order number inside the returned package.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
